How do I check in?
You go directly to the home which will either a lock box with key or electronic door pad to gain entry. Entry codes will be sent with your check-in infomration after final payment has been received
What are the check in/check out times?
Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival
Check out is by 10am on the day of departure
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately no, pets are not allowed in any of our properties
How do I make a reservation?
Online through this website or you can call 1-863-557-4796 - best prices are to be found on line as no admin costs are incurred
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
What is your cancellation policy?
We charge a 20% non refundable deposit if you book more than 42 days in advance of your arrival. Within 42 days full payment is due and the refund policy is:
Cancellation 42 - 28 days - 50% refunded
Cancellation 28 - 0 days - a refund will only be made if we can rebook the property for the date of your stay
We strongly advise travel insurance as per our terms and conditions

Can you help me purchase a home?
Yes, together with our realty Partners we can provide you with all the information you require to purchase a vacation home in Orlando. We can then also provide property management and reservation services.
